About the business
The business sells unique handmade items, such as:- macrame products, home decorations, personalised things/clothes, other accessories , seasonal/ festive special items, etc.. Products made here comes in various styles and designs and often not be repeated. Nothing is planned beforehand, I often just make anything and everything (meaningful) that pops up in mind and what heart desires to create , hence the name of the business 'Boho Mix' :)
What's unique?
I took a more hands-on approach in running the business. Not enjoying the more technical aspects of the course, I decided to focus on styling /designing. My hands-on fires up enthusiasm to produce unique items for customers. Occasionally machinery may be used but that also requires to be operated by my artisan skills. I opt to offer customisation of products of different occasions or future seasons/festives.
I believe this business is special because of it unique creations. It stimulates creativity and imagination with having culture and economic importance.
Also handmade products are more likely to be of a higher quality. This is because the artisan has more time and having the skill to attention to details, I make sure to perfect the product. And where and if possible, I try to make it according to their needs or interests, which represents them or osomething of their use in daily life.
