Cascade Coaching, led by Vannessa, provides conscious parenting and life coaching services to parents and women to help them connect with themselves and their loved ones better, and in the process foster a peaceful and thriving home life for all.
Feeling overwhelmed? Feeling anger or frustration about your parenting role? Uncertain why your child is not behaving the way you want them to? Confused by all the parenting books and rules? Vannessa guides you through the conscious parenting process that supports you as an individual so that you can thrive in your role as a parent, and enjoy the process.
For women who feel unheard, pressured, pulled in all directions - Vannessa provides a safe space for you to share, reflect, learn and grow towards clarity and awaken to whom you are truly meant to be.
Vannessa hosts monthly group Mums Meet Up sessions in a safe and nurturing space so mothers can learn, connect and inspire each other.

Vannessa provides a unique approach to coaching - a blend of Western and Easter philosophy using Neuroscience for Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming and phototherapy cards. As an educator and trainer, Vannessa knows the power of listening to her clients and working with them to achieve clarity and authenticity. She works closely with you to turn your "I want...", "I can't..." into manageable and achievable goals.
