Waking up before the crack of dawn, the owner and her brother swiftly set up shop, and at early hours of 5:30, the New Vintuna Restaurant and Bar opens to quiet queue of workers. As the day passes, the resturant recieves customers from all across Asia, yet each customer is always left satisfied. Calming music sets the tone of the resturant's atmosphere, flowing perfectly with the modern with accents of Nepalese culture in the resturant's layout, providing a cohesive experience.
