Sourced directly from China, the meat is thoroughly cleaned daily, with Mr. Tumbahangphe cutting the meat and preparing everything at 4 AM each day.

Starting in 2009 as a general grocery store, the business later expanded into VIP 2 fresh meat store. With a large thriving Nepalese community in Jordan that frequently enjoys BBQ, VIP became the first Nepali meat shop in the area.
The owner, Mr. Tumbahangphe, has always envisioned himself as a butcher, having cut meat in his village as a child and later pursuing a career as a chef in 2005 before opening the first VIP store.
