For over 27 years, Tindahan ni Mang Ambo (Mang Ambo's Store) has been a beloved destination for authentic Filipino food in Hong Kong, located on the 3rd floor of World Wide House. Owned and passionately run by Rameliel, affectionately known as Mang Ambo, the eatery serves unforgettable Filipino classics such as rich Kare-Kare, savoury Dinuguan, flavourful Adobo, and a wide range of home-style dishes—all freshly prepared. The menu, often handwritten and displayed, features favourites like Bicol Express, Lechon Kawali, Sisig, Tortang Talong, and refreshing Halo-Halo. Many in the Filipino community trust Mang Ambo’s expertise, honed through his Kennedy Town food factory, which has also served esteemed clients including the Philippine Consulate and Bayanihan Kennedy Town Centre.
