Our mission is to address society’s most challenging problems through community building and shared resources. We help high-impact organizations reach their full potential and drive collective social impact.

FSI is built on the philosophy of “shared impact”, which means that if different groups come together and collaborate by sharing knowledge, resources, time, etc., then everyone can attain more significant social impact. In our experience, the social impact space tends to be siloed, with organizations unwilling to really talk about what they do or assist similar organizations, considering them “competitors.” At FSI, we only focus on big problems, and therefore solutions that can scale. And we understand that no one organization, no matter how innovative, can solve large systems problems alone.
