Fusion Kitchen

Fusion Kitchen is a family-run Nepalese restaurant that launched in 2022. Operated by Mohan and his wife, the business serves a diverse customer base, including expats, tourists, and local Hong Kong residents. Beyond standard dine-in, the restaurant offers flexible delivery options. They have a significant catering capacity, capable of serving up to 1,000 attendees for large-scale events.

Unlike most competitors who rely on pre-packaged, ready-made spice mixes, Mohan’s prepares all its masala in-house from scratch. This commitment to fresh spices guarantees an authentic, vibrant, and deeply aromatic flavour profile that is incredibly hard to replicate with commercial packets. The restaurant does not use pork in any dish, and all of their food is prepared to Halal standards.
