The business was originally run from a shop in Peng Chau. The business model has now shifted with Jenny teaching private cooking classes and parties for her clients. There are a wide selection of authentic Thai dishes to choose from including main dishes, appetizers and desserts. The classes are inclusive of an introduction to the ingredients used in the dishes, preparation of the ingredients and the cooking of the dishes. Generally the classes last for around 3 hours but this may vary dependent upon the type and amount of dishes cooked. Siyamon Thai Cooking has run for the last 10 years. Jenny speaks Thai, Cantonese and English and is thus able to communicate with clients easily and effectively.
