MAMA Dough is an authentic Middle Eastern bakery and restaurant located in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. Founder is from Kuwait with 25 years of F&B experience and led by an Egyptian chef, the restaurant specializes in Halal-certified dishes made with traditional recipes and a signature sourdough starter from Egypt. MAMA Dough offers dine-in service and delivery through Foodpanda and Keeta.

Guests can enjoy a wide selection of Middle Eastern classics, including Fattoush, tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, muhammara, labneh, bosara, moussaka, falafel, chicken shish taouk, lamb kafta, and ribeye beef shawarma. The dessert menu features beloved regional specialties such as cheese kunefe with Akkawi cheese and pistachios, and homemade baklava layered with walnuts and pistachios. MAMA Dough offers a warm, welcoming dine-in experience inspired by the region's tradition of hospitality. For added convenience, the full menu is also available for delivery through Foodpanda and Keeta, bringing authentic Middle Eastern flavors directly to homes across Hong Kong.
